- Mechanical Property Test
- Using universal testing machine to test on materialproperty including tensile strength, yield strength and elongation
- Roughness Test
- Using surface roughness tester to test on roughness, ultra-fine steps and waviness, to ensure that customer requirementsare fulfilled.
- Composition Analysis
- Analyze the composition of aluminimum alloy to be 100% comply with alloy standard.
- Hardness Test
- Equipped with Rockwell tester, micro hardness tester and Webster to ensure hardness of all kind geometry shape and thickness of aluminium profile conform to standard.
